We invite anyone to join us for a run at a pace for everyone. This is an ideal opportunity to meet members of the community, explore new routes, and cap it off with a coffee back at 92° for those who have time to continue the conversation.
Seven Fitness Sessions - Coming Soon
Our monthly focused structured Sessions are running performance focused.
Depending on season these will be structured accordingly, off-season will focus on running strength with hill work or fartlek to touch on all-round running qualities in season hybrid style sessions with blend of tempo and bodyweight training or a challenging dose of speedwork.
*All sessions will be run by qualified and experienced fitness professionals and running/performance coaches, providing intelligently structured and safe sessions for everyone.
